Practicipate offers mini courses in mathematics that reinforce learning through meaningful practice.
Each lesson in every math course is delivered as an interactive eWorkbook that contains worked sample problems and embedded guided exercises.
PRESENTS SOLUTIONS LIKE A TEACHER

Helps students have a clear understanding of the concepts involved in the problem by presenting a complete procedural solution one step at a time.
Avoids gaps in the presentation of the solution that can potentially be a cause of confusion for the student that may eventually lead to math anxiety.
GUIDES PRACTICE LIKE A TUTOR

Provides immediate corrective feedback that facilitates improvement in the student's performance.
Students can quickly see mistakes and how to correct them. Eventually the rate of correct responses will increase and will develop a sense of confidence in the learner.
PARENTS CAN TRACK CHILD'S PERFORMANCE

Practicipate course lessons have been designed so that students can work on them independently.
Parents can track their child's performance through a report card.
STRUCTURED LEARNING PATH

There are currently three practice courses to choose from. Each course has a set of lessons that follows a structured learning path.
The lessons in each course are to be taken in the prescribed order, that is, the student starts with lesson 1, then lesson 2, and so on. The student cannot skip or choose lessons.
There is a recommended daily schedule for completing a lesson in a week. However, the parent has the option to allow the child to work at their own pace.
LEARNING APPROACH

First, step-by-step solutions are presented for a set of sample problems so that the student can see and understand how the solution is carried out. The sample problems also serve as reference which the student can always go back to for review purposes.
Then the student is made to solve sets of problems. The "Guided Exercise Sets" as they are called, are actually embedded in the eWorkbook itself. The exercises provide interactive feedback, guiding the student in every step of the solution.
MATH STUDY HABITS ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN IQ

While it is true that some element of math achievement may be linked to inborn aptitude, research has shown that fluency in math is largely attributed to motivation and good study habits.
ONLY KNOWLEDGE THAT IS USED STICKS IN THE MIND

Learning is an active process. The nature of the brain is such that it best retains ideas which it has actually worked on.
Practicipate interactive eworkbooks, through the hands-on exercise sets, make the student not just a passive reader but an active participant in the learning process.
WORKS ON ALL DEVICES

Practicipate works on all devices and with all major browsers.
